An employee arrives at the facility with the necessary tools and equipment to diagnose the equipment.
If a small repair is required to restore the operation of the device: programming, adjustment, repair without replacing the part, then the employee performs additional work. If a major repair is required, the employee prepares a document in writing or verbally informs the customer about the replacement of the necessary parts and their costs.
If the employee has the necessary parts with him, then the equipment is repaired immediately and the customer pays for the replaced parts, the working hours devoted to the repair, as well as the transportation costs.
